About the Process

After confirming commission, the order will take up one slot. Each piece takes up one slot (e.g. If you get a fullbody and a headshot, that will take up two slots).

You're welcome to forfeit your slot if payment has not been issued yet. However, I can't guarantee that your slot will still be available after forfeiting.

I will ask for a 50% initial deposit, i.e. if you buy a $50 fullbody, I will send an invoice for $25 before I start working on your piece, then another invoice after I finish to cover the rest of the costs. I will let up to one week for the invoices to be fulfilled, after that, you will immediately forfeit your slot. If one week doesn’t work for you due to personal reasons, please let me know! We can figure something out.

If you are commissioning art of one of your original characters, I will need a proper reference sheet of them that has a front and back view with flat colors ONLY (side view is optional but preferred).

I will send sketch progress updates via DM. This will be your chance to make adjustments or altercations of any kind before I move on to rendering. After that, I won't allow last minute adjustments.

Pieces take about 1-2 weeks to finish. Please let me know if you have a hard deadline beforehand!

If you need certain dimensions, let me know! Default dimensions are 2400×2400.

Finish product includes high resolution (300dpi) .png shared through Google Drive. PSD/CLIP files are available upon request.

All payments are through PayPal only. Refunds are not issued.

Terms of Service

I own the rights to every piece I make.

Keep in mind that I might use your commission as examples in my portfolio or future commission sheets.

Commissions cannot be used for commercial usage, but can be used for personal use merch (i.e. You can use the art for a keychain that you yourself will use and not for merch that you will sell). Commercial usage includes NFTs and any kind of cryptocurrency.

Please credit me for the art always. It can just be my username (K3RA).

Modifications of the project file made by the customer can only be:

- filters

- signature layer

- background image

Any other modifications and edits are not allowed.

Tracing and/or reproducing my works are not allowed.

Any violation of the above may result in a blacklist from any of my commissions.
